 Welcome To Christiana ARES Minimize

Welcome to the Christiana ARES® home on the web.  CARES is an organization of volunteer Ham radio operators supporting the Greater New Castle County, DE area, utilizing trained emergency communication operators.  In addition to our main objectives, we provide communication assistance in the form of public service events.  CARES also boasts a Hospital Response Team which supports Christiana Care Health System.  For more information about the HRT click on the link in the Site Navigation window. 

 

CARES operates two fully equipped radio stations located in Newark and Wilmington.  Currently, we have HF, VHF, UHF and digital capabilities.  See the station information page by clicking the link in the Site Navigation window.
